PME:
Review & Planning Workshop: Quarterly SPW is proposed to assess the implementation, SWOT analysis and planning for the next quarter for all the staff involve in this project. Three days Strategy Planning Workshop will be organised with the following contents:
- Contemporary or need based input session – ¾ day
- Reporting and feed back session – 1 and ¼ days
- Planning for the next quarter – 1 day
For the purpose of monitoring a Base line survey will be done for all the project area and data related to socio-economic, cultural, ethnic, physical, geographical, resource base etc. The data generated will be computerised and report will be formed. The report prepared will be shared with the target community. Copy of the report will be kept in each gram Sabha and the office of the organisation.
Monthly meeting: Monthly and fortnightly meeting of staff members is proposed to discuss/ review the achievement, reporting of the activities and plan for future course of action.
Inter exchange peer visit: Here we are proposing quarterly peer visit by Animators to each other area and analytical reports will be presented by them for learning as well as documentation and monitoring.
Monitoring plan: This will be developed based on monitoring indicators. Tools will be developed for each indicator and data will be collected, consolidated and analysed. Proper documentation will be done at various levels. Photography and videography will also be done from time to time.
Evaluation: A mid term and final evaluation is proposed from outside agency to assess the project and suggest the future course of action at end of 2nd & 4th year respectively.
